This weekend’s retreat will focus on dealing with sugar and food addiction, emotional eating, managing anxiety and stress without turning to food, alcohol or anything else. We will get you to a place where you’ll enjoy eating better and welcome making changes in your diet and lifestyle.
We’ll show you how to enjoy taking care of yourself, taking back control of your eating, your thoughts, feelings and emotions; and ultimately your actions.
You will begin to lose weight almost effortlessly as we will have pressed the ‘reset’ button on your food mindset!
People attending these retreats have achieved incredible weight loss and they’ll tell you it’s not at all through dieting or using willpower and that they found it easy!
The learning delivered also works for stopping smoking and drinking so if you’d like to tackle several things at the same time – we can do that.

You will learn my system which is a simple and highly effective method to stop any dysfunctional behaviour. I will teach you how the mind, body and conscious-self work, and what you must do to stop addiction, manage anxiety and stress and basically, create any change you want in your life.
We’ll exercise gently, learn to relax through meditation and eat wonderful home-cooked healthy meals, all in luxurious accommodation, surrounded by beautiful countryside.
