Building on the success of our Express Home Rehab, we’ve put together an extended package of support that gives you a whole year (12 calendar months) of one-to-one support as well as access to our whole team. Once the one-month intensive home rehab is delivered to you and you’ve beaten the addiction and started experiencing your new life – you will then be supported for a further 11 months to ensure you not only keep with it but also begin to ‘create’ the lifestyle, feelings, emotions, reality you actually want to be living moving forward.
With access to your mentor for help and guidance whenever you need it, plus the option of having a one-to-one session with your mentor each week – this extended support programme ensures commitment and investment in a new and permanent way of life.
How it works
We will have an in-depth consultation with you; followed by a ‘breakthrough session’, during which we’ll work with you to arrive at a holistic assessment of all your needs and to agree what you will be looking to change / work on within the remit of this programme.
From there, you are assigned a BMA Mentor who will have experienced the programme themselves at one time. You mentor will be with you throughout the programme and you will have daily contact with them for the first four weeks, followed by weekly contact thereafter.
If you need a medical check, a period of detox or a medical detox (such as for heavy drinkers), or if you need a psychiatric assessment, we work with a private GP and Psychiatrist and can organise a Detox & Health Assessment for you (the cost of this is in addition to the home rehab programme). Or we’re happy to support you whilst you get a medical check and appropriate detox plan with medication (where needed) from your own GP.
We will then teach you the Beat My Addictions model in full. The learning is supported by full access to Chris Hill’s online course, his workbook and supporting materials.
Once the learning is achieved, we move on to the most important aspect which is your decision to change and commitment to yourself through signing what’s known as a ‘Contract to Self’; which you will be fully supported to complete.
Your mentor will then give you intensive support through the 10-day withdrawal / life-change period through daily catch-up.
The next two weeks are crucial. With one-to-one intensive support from your mentor, daily interaction and guidance – we will help you learn how to best live your life and move away from the person you used to be; how to deal with residual memories and how to return to an addicted society, family, friends, work and social circles.
Month two through to 12, we will support your new way of life as well as offer you the personal development aspect of what we teach. You will be supported as you begin to ‘create’ the life you want to live; whether that includes supporting you through life-changing decisions, a new venture, starting a new business, new job or even a new relationship. Your mentor will be there to teach you everything we know about:
- Operating outside of your comfort zone
- Ending procrastination and making actionable plans; then seeing them through.
- Tackling and removing any emotional barriers to your personal development / success.
During the entire 12-month period, we will also ensure you have the highest level of support if you are struggling in any way in terms of addiction.
