I have worked with high schools to deliver addiction awareness sessions (all year groups) and with primary schools to tell my addiction story, talk about social media, gaming and how addiction starts; but also focusing on supporting Year 6 pupils preparing to leave junior school and start high school. We look at issues such as peer pressure and anxiety around starting Year 7.
My sessions are very flexible and can be adapted to specific identified issues. On the whole I deal with raising awareness about addictive life-styles including social addictions and managing anxiety and stress.
